Acceptable Use Policy

By using Brewtally, you agree not to misuse the service. This policy describes prohibited conduct.

You may not

· Use Brewtally for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including excise, tax and food-safety law.

· Attempt to breach or circumvent authentication, authorization, or rate-limit controls.

· Upload malware, run automated scraping outside published APIs, or attempt denial-of-service on the platform.

· Share individual user credentials across humans. Use invitation flows to add teammates.

· Store sensitive personal data (biometrics, financial account numbers) in free-text fields not designed for it.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice depending on severity. Fraudulent or malicious activity may be reported to authorities.
