Answers, no fine print

Tanks are the truest measure of brewery scale — not users, not batches. A 4-tank taproom and a 20-tank production brewery have very different operational load. Pricing by active production tanks keeps things fair as you grow.

Any fermenter, unitank, or brite tank actively used for production or conditioning. BBTs used purely for serving in a taproom don't count toward your limit.

Yes — upgrades are instant and pro-rated. You keep all your data, users and history. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle.

Absolutely. Add individual tanks on top of any plan, or bump up to the next tier whenever it makes sense.

No. Every plan includes unlimited users with role-based access — brewers, cellar, QC, sales, accounts, owners. We never charge per seat.
